The news is from 2011, but it still serves as notice to the world’s non-Jews about the dangerous and escalating climate of Gentile hatred coming out of Israel. The state appointed and state paid Chief Rabbi of Kiryat Arba, Rabbi Dov Lior endorsed a book entitled “Torat Hamelech” which advocated the killing of “non-Jews who [are] not keeping the seven Noahide laws”. Interestingly enough, the authors of the book are defending themselves against accusations of “racism” since the command to kill non-Jews did not specify “Arabs” or “Palestinians”, meaning they were talking about any non-Jews. The Rabbi was picked up by police for questioning but was later released and not charged. Israeli politician Michael Ben-Ari, a self-proclaimed follower Meir Kahane who found the FBI labeled terrorist organization “Jewish Defense League”, called for the Israeli Public Security Minister to be fired after the incident. Chief Rabbi Dov Lior has also shown his support for the reviving Sanhedrin, the Jewish high court which will have ultimate legal power over all non-Jews and can execute them under the Noahide Laws. However, his endorsement for the book reveals a great questions, are Jews permitted to kill any non-Jew at any time for breaking the Noahide Laws? Do we even need the Sanhedrin to be executed, or can Jews kill us at will under Rabbinical edict? Whatever the answer may be, non-Jews need to wake up to the hatred and murderous intentions growing among the Chief Rabbis of Israel.

Chief Rabbi Dov Lior Approves Of Killing Non-Jews Who Break The Noahide Laws
Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein is tending toward not prosecuting the author or endorsers of the controversial book “Torat Hamelech,” Haaretz has learned. The book, written in 2009 by Rabbi Yitzhak Shapira and Rabbi Yosef Elitzur, was endorsed by two other rabbis, Yitzhak Ginzburg and Dov Lior. The authors describe it as a discussion of Jewish law on the conditions under which it is permissible to kill a non-Jew in times of war and peace. The book’s publication led to the launch of a criminal investigation against the four rabbis for incitement to racism and violence.
According to one statement in the book, “when we come upon a non-Jew who is not keeping the seven [Noahide] laws, and we kill him out of concern for the keeping of the seven laws, it is not prohibited.”
Weinstein is expected to explain that he is basing his decision on limiting the use of criminal law as a tool to deal with offenses involving freedom of expression, particularly in light of the fact that the statements were made as part of a religious tract, as general statements, and the book mentions neither the word “Arab” nor the word “Palestinian.” – Israel AG against prosecuting authors of book justifying killing of non-Jews, By Tomer Zarchin, May 25, 2012, Haaretz
Chief Rabbi Dov Lior Shows Approval For The Reviving Sanhedrin In Israel
Along with the increasingly modest references to the current institution ofa Court or Sanhedrin project came new high-caliber participants in the project. Rabbi Even-Israel publicly accepted the position of Nassi, President of the Sanhedrin, and Rabbi Re’em HaCohen – head of the Otniel Hesder Yeshiva – delivered the first address of the morning. Kiryat Arba Chief Rabbi and Dayan (Rabbinical Court Judge) Dov Lior spoke both at the conference and later at the festive meal. – The Sanhedrin Project Unveiled With Humility, By Ezra HaLevi, Published 11/7/2005, Arutz Sheva
Kiryat Arba chief rabbi arrested following his support of book which justifies killing of non-Jews
Police arrest Rabbi Dov Lior for refusing to appear for questioning on his endorsement of controversial book ‘Torat Hamelech'; Lior was released after being questioned.

Kiryat Arba Chief Rabbi Dov Lior, one of the senior figures of religious Zionism, was arrested Monday after he refused to appear for questioning for his endorsement of the controversial book, “Torat Hamelech,” which justifies killing non-Jews.
Following the publication of the book, police opened an investigation on grounds of incitement. The author of the book, Rabbi Yitzhak Shapira, was detained, questioned and released. Rabbi Lior was also released on Monday, after being questioned by police.
An endorsement written by three rabbis was added to the book, following a standard practice in books pertaining to the Torah when a junior rabbi ask for approval from a rabbi senior to him. Rabbi Yosef Ginsburg, one of the approvers, was investigated a year ago. Two other rabbis, Dov Lior and Ya’akov Yosef, were summoned for questioning but refused to attend.
The police arrested Rabbi Lior on Monday afternoon, who has said in the past that the Torah is above the law, and that it is unacceptable for a rabbi to be investigated for publishing Torah-related work.
National Union MK Michael Ben-Ari said in response that the “Public Security Minister should be fired,” claiming that the police always treat Arab leaders carefully and here they are disparaging a great figure in Israel.
In February , Knesset members of the National Union party, Shas and Agudath Israel proposed a “Dov Lior Law” that would grant immunity for rabbis regarding halachic material they publish, or concerning opinions they have given in relation to “The Torah of Israel.”
